Notice is hereby given to the underlisted mineral title holders, that their Mineral Titles have been revoked in line with the provisions of the Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act, 2007 and the Regulations made pursuant to it.

Please note that this Office would after revocation take appropriate action, to recover any outstanding fees or commitments due to the Federal Government, prior to the said revocation, in accordance with provisions of section 155 of NMMA, 2007.
