In view of the  restrictions on movement and other measures mandated by the FG to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, the MCO hereby gives a window for Mineral Title holders whose Mineral Titles are due for renewal to take necessary steps to renew their Mineral Titles as prescribed by NMMA 2007 and it’s Regulations pursuant to it.

Henceforth, respective Mineral Title holders are required to submit their renewal applications to MCO via courier services or other means without necessarily being physically present until announced otherwise.

Failure to do so may lead to refusal of their Mineral Titles on the ground of non-compliance.
