ATTENTION ALL APPLICANTS, MINERAL TITLE HOLDERS ETC,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all Applicants, Holders of Mineral Title and the General Public, that the Mining Cadastre Office (the MCO) is in the final stage of implementation and full roll out of the electronic Mining Cadastre Plus (eMC+).

However, due to the transition from Sigtim to the eMC+ (real time online Mineral Title application processing), the MCO is experiencing operational/technical challenges that results in delay in processing and issuance of Mineral Titles. The challenges are not unconnected with normal technical issues associated with system migration.

Management assures that these issues are currently being addressed and same would be resolved within the next two (2) weeks and stakeholders would begin to enjoy the full benefit of the new System.
